Description:

Altra~Etch is a single pack etch primer, conforms to AS 3884 Type 1 and AS 3750.17 Type 1. A single component, versatile etch primer suited to many light industrial and marine applications and may be top-coated with most finish coats. May be used as a pre-fabrication holding primer.

Description:

Description:

Penetrating primer/sealer for use on concrete substrates and Carboline Pyrocrete Fireproofing products. It performs extremely well in sealing cementitious surfaces and is designed to receive a variety of different generic types of finish coats. Some recommended uses of 1340 include the use as a curing compound or form release agent. When applied to “green” concrete it will retard the escape of moisture during the cure period. It is also excellent for use as a form release coating on plywood or steel forms.

This fast cure high build polyaspartic coating provides excellent corrosion protection as well as long term weatherability in just one coat. Description:

Carbotherm 3300 is a ceramic blend insulative composite coating formulated in a high temperature resistant acrylic binder. It is ideally suited as a protective heat barrier to shield personnel from hot surfaces. It also inhibits heat transfer into or out of a structure. Its insulative properties keeps structures exposed to solar radiation significantly cooler. It can be used to minimize or eliminate sweating of pipes or other operating equipment.

Description:

Description:

A solvent-free epoxy designed and uniquely formulated for use as a coating for aluminum casting quench pit environments. It has been tested by the Aluminum Association and found suitable for this use. In many cases it can be used as a one-coat system direct to steel or concrete. Has excellent wetting and flow properties and can be spray, brush or roller applied. It has a workable pot life (90 minutes at 24°F) and while plural spray equipment may be used, it is not required.

Description:

Glass flake-filled coating with dense cross-linking that exhibits excellent overall chemical resistance to a variety of aggressive chemicals. Glass reinforcement provides added abrasion resistance, permeation resistance and internal reinforcement. 1205 exhibits very good acid resistance. Excellent for use as a lining for tanks or pipes in process facilities where hot water or abrasive conditions exist.

Description:

A tank lining holding primer that has a variety of attributes including low-temperature cure, fast recoat times, moisture tolerance during application and cure, and excellent blast-hold protection. Phenoline 311 Primer is often used with thick film lining systems as a holding primer (maintain blast cleaning) and is suitable for both new tanks and relines. It exhibits excellent surface wetting characteristics and quick cure for handling. It contains high levels of inert flake reinforcement. Excellent for use as a bonding primer for linings when damp concrete or masonry substrates are encountered.

Description:

Description:

Description:

PLASITE 4550 S is a 100% solids, flake filled, premium novolac epoxy coating designed for internal steel and concrete substrates. This versatile coating is ideal for all piping, vessels and equipment operating from cryogenic conditions up to 650°C (1200°F).
