    Description:

    Description:

    A spray-grade, economical, shrinkage-compensated, repair mortar, and surfacing compound that exhibits excellent bond strength to concrete. It is ideally suited for substrate resurfacing of deteriorated concrete and is typically topcoated with Carboline’s lining systems. Various Lining systems are available. Each system provides excellent corrosion protection, especially to acid attack due to wet hydrogen sulfide environment found in wastewater.

    Description:

    Description:

    Penetrating primer/sealer for use on concrete substrates and Carboline Pyrocrete® Fireproofing products. It performs extremely well in sealing cementitious surfaces and is designed to receive a variety of different generic types of finish coats. Some recommended uses of 1340 include the use as a curing compound or form release agent. When applied to “green” concrete it will retard the escape of moisture during the cure period. It is also excellent for use as a form release coating on plywood or steel forms. Also used as moisture barrier coating over Thermo-Lag® EPFP systems

    Description:

    Solventless, clear, epoxy lining that can be applied using reinforced glass fibres specifically designed to comply with API RP652 for thick-film tank bottom lining repairs. API RP652 specifically recommends "long fibre" reinforcement which can be achieved using a glass mat or chopped glass. The system is suitable for exposures in water, crude oil, aromatic distillates and unblended gasolines.     Description:

    Carboguard 695 PM is a solventless, epoxy surfacer or patching mortar that is used to transition between floor-wall chine areas, lap-welded plates, rivets, etc. It is typically used with a reinforced mat system specifically designed to comply with API RP652 for thick-film tank bottom lining repairs. It is suitable for exposures in water, crude oil, aromatic distillates, and unblended gasolines. It is typically applied by broadknife, spatula, trowel, brush, or other suitable tool that allows heavy applications and smoothing procedures.

    Description:

    Carbotherm 3300 is a ceramic blend insulative composite coating formulated in a high temperature resistant acrylic binder. It is ideally suited as a protective heat barrier to shield personnel from hot surfaces. It also inhibits heat transfer into or out of a structure. Its insulative properties keeps structures exposed to solar radiation significantly cooler. It can be used to minimize or eliminate sweating of pipes or other operating equipment.

    Description:

    Carboxane 2000 is a premium, ultra-durable coating that provides outstanding gloss and color retention for exterior exposures.     Description:

    Reactamine Joint Seal FC is a 2-component 100% solids, polyurea-based joint sealant that is self-leveling and cures in approximately 30 minutes.     Description:

    Rustbond is a cross-linked penetrating primer/sealer with excellent wetting properties. It is highly flexible with good chemical and solvent resistance, and accept a variety of topcoats. Recommended use as primer/sealers for marginally prepared steel and over old coatings. Its excellent wetting properties allows it to penetrate rust and discontinuities in existing coatings and provide a firm anchorage for a variety of topcoats. Its thixotropic character reduces run off, ensuring that the edges of existing coatings are encapsulted thus reducing undercutting and peeling. Thermaline 400 is typically used as a two coat primer & finish system. Primer as a two-coat system.

Thermaline Heat Shield contains a unique blend of plate-like reinforcing pigments fortified with an inert polymeric matrix. This versatile coating is ideal for all piping, vessels and equipment operating from cryogenic conditions up to 650°C (1200°F). It is particularly well suited to prevent corrosion under insulated equipment/piping for both carbon steel substrates and stainless steels. This fortified coating has superior shop handling properties over standard silicone coatings (see Curing). It is recommended for CS-6 and SS-5 systems of NACE SP0198 Standard Practice for coatings to control corrosion under insulation (CUI).

    Thermo-Lag® 3000-SP is a petrochemical grade, 95% solids epoxy based intumescent designed to fireproof steelwork for up to a 4 hour fire rating, depending on the design.
